Milk Kefir and Kvass Workshop
In this class, you'll learn make probiotic vegetable kvass (and take home a jar of it to ferment!) and you'll learn about milk kefir (the most probiotic food I know!) and see a demonstration of how to make it.
There will be a variety of fermentation cultures available for purchase (a few sets of milk kefir grains, water kefir grains, kombucha SCOBYs and a variety of yogurt cultures). $5 each or free with the purchase of my book. (First come, first served, while supplies last).
